Refund Policy

Effective from Date of enrollment.

At LAB – Left Angle Hub, we are committed to delivering quality creative education and ensuring our students have a meaningful learning experience. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which students may request a refund.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Course Cancellation by LAB: If a course or batch is canceled by LAB due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., lack of minimum enrollments, mentor unavailability, etc.), a full refund will be issued to the enrolled students.

• Duplicate Payment: If a student accidentally makes a double payment, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

• Withdrawal Before Course Start: If a student chooses to withdraw at least 7 days before the course start date, a partial refund (up to 70%) may be granted, depending on administrative costs.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided under the following conditions:

• If the course has already commenced and sessions have begun.

• If the student misses classes or decides to leave mid-way through the program.

• If the student is dismissed due to disciplinary reasons or code of conduct violations.

• If the withdrawal is requested within 7 days of the course start date or after the program begins.

• For customized workshops, trial sessions, or crash courses, unless canceled by LAB.

3. Refund Process

• All refund requests must be made in writing to contact@leftanglehub.com, clearly stating the reason, proof of payment, and student details.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 working days from the date of approval.

• Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment only.

4. Transfer Policy (Alternative Option)

Instead of a refund, a student may choose to:

• Defer the admission to a later batch (if available).

• Transfer the seat to another eligible candidate with prior written approval from LAB management.

5. Final Decision

All decisions regarding refunds are made at the sole discretion of the LAB management and are considered final and binding.
